Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway

I have stayed here about 60 nights, know many of the staff, they are very kind and professional. The best beach in town, good for ocean swimming I walk south to Malecon daily. Grocery store is less than ten minute walk, and Pepe's Tacos is less! Rooms have commanding view of Bahia de Banderas. I like chairs and table, easy to use shades. I keep my door open and listen to crashing surf 24 x 7, so nice to sleep to that

This place was highly recommended to us by friends who are members. We loved our stay! Lovely room and view from the 7th floor. Excellent service from all the staff. The location of this hotel us great- on the beach, walkable to downtown and local restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. Free coffee downstairs every morning, a swim up bar, chocolate on your pillows each night. What more could you ask for?

Villa Premiere is a quiet and beautiful adults-only resort right on the beach. A short uber ride or a long walk from the center of Puerto Vallarta and the Malecon (boardwalk). Also right next to a great local restaurant, El Barracuda. The steak tacos there were AWESOME! The spa services at Villa Premiere were wonderful, and the food was quite good for an all-inclusive! We particularly loved the caramel coulant dessert at their more formal dinner restaurant and the al pastor ribs at the lunch restaurant. We had a scary situation pop up off property, and the wonderful staff bent over backward to help us and get us back to the resort safely. We were really impressed. The ONLY caveat to all of this that I would offer is don't let yourself get tricked into a "vacation club" or "discount" (aka timeshare) presentation like we did. The concierge was showing us the resort at check-in when before we knew it we'd accidentally committed to this meeting. I wish we'd just been blunt and pulled out of it ahead of time. It lasted way longer than they promised and once we said a firm no the employee doing the presentation suddenly wasn't so friendly anymore. It was really the only negative interaction we had at the resort during our time there. Everyone else was wonderful. I'm sold on the idea of small boutique adults only resorts now!

A bit about us. We are a gay couple in our mid-thirties with usually very high expectations and big foodies. All in all, we loved our time at this resort. Do know that luxury in PV is different than luxury in Cabo. Hotels are much older and more relaxed. We found so many things to fall in love with this property, restaurants, and service. I loved every breakfast we had and every dinner we had at the two restaurants. Paul, the pool host, was a hoot and needs to cap his jokes to once per day haha. You have to try the tuna tacos, cauliflower appetizer, chilaquiles, churros, and the roasted pork shoulder. Honestly, if you’re looking for an intimate resort that has all the things you need, this is a fantastic place for you. Do know that the rooms are more of a 4-star and you can find things that will annoy you like the pool has tiles falling off but on the flip side, furniture everywhere is comfy, new, and peaceful. You’ll find that there is almost a 1:1 ratio of staff to guests, so the price we paid was extremely worth it and it’s a well run independent hotel. The tacos down the street at Pepe’s are a MUST. The area is safe and quieter than the Romantica Zone. We will be back!

The property is stunning, the pool area, restaurants beach and rooms are idyllic. The staff is attentive, kind and friendly. The food is delicious at the three onsite restaurants. The location was walkable to many restaurants and attractions (10 min to Malecon). The views are amazing. We saw humpback whales several times from the property (February). We were also here during a stressful time and the staff took exceptional care to ensure we had everything we needed. We are forever grateful for the service we received during our stay. We hope to return again.

This was our second stay at Villa Premire. They have raised their prices since we were here in March of 2024, however, the place is still lovely. If was forced to complain about anything it would be the price. But the good outweighs the price particularly for the room we live with the hot tub on the patio. Beautiful views of the sunset. The food on property is very good but over priced compared to restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Some of the staff remember us from our last visit which was almost 2 years ago. They always have good reccomendations on where to go eat or adventures to take. The pools are saltwater. The smaller soaking pool when we were there was VERY cloudy by the end of the day. But the main pool did not have that problem. I wish the smaller pool was a little more clean that way I could sit in there and look out at the ocean. So I guess another negative would be that the main pool does not over look the ocean. There is no hot tub at the pool but I think most rooms have either a hot tub on their balcony or in the room. Our favorite room is 2307. This is adults only hotel. Their other property next door is for families.

This place is amazing! We were here during a stressful time, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The views from the rooms are amazing, both pools are great, and any public space you hang in (including the restaurants) has a great view. I ate delicious chilaquiles and churros and just had a great time. Would definitely return and highly recommend. And really the staff was a standout and helped really make the trip for us!
